Account information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and contact address, and how you found us.

Wholesale applicants also provide business details and verification information such as an EIN or federal tax ID, state sales tax certificate, business license or resale certificate, and any supporting documents uploaded during the application.

How sensitive information is protected

Tax identifiers and uploaded verification documents are stored in private storage and are visible only to authorized Green Leaf Pharms staff. They are never shown in full on customer-facing pages, never included in public links, and never indexed by search engines.

Access is enforced on our servers, not merely hidden in the page.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, process and ship orders, verify wholesale eligibility, provide support, and — with your consent — send drop alerts and promotions. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the store (payments, shipping, email and hosting), or where required by law. We do not sell customer information.

Your choices

You can view and update your contact information from your account dashboard, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
