Wholesale Terms

Verification and approval

Every wholesale application is reviewed. Statuses are: Application Started, Submitted, Under Review, Additional Information Required, Approved, and Not Approved.

Selecting 'Wholesale' during signup does not grant wholesale pricing. Pricing unlocks only after approval, and is enforced on our servers.

Required documentation

Provide at least one of: EIN / federal tax ID, state sales tax certificate, applicable business license, or resale certificate. Supporting documents may be uploaded securely and are visible only to authorized staff.

Sole proprietors without business registration may verify with a government-issued ID photo and a selfie.

5 LB minimum order

Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 5 LB. Carts below the minimum cannot check out at wholesale pricing.

Taxes

Sales tax is waived only against a valid resale certificate on file in the state of delivery. We may request updated documentation at any time.

Payment, availability and changes

Wholesale lots are allocated on a first-paid basis and availability changes daily. We may adjust pricing, minimums and eligibility requirements, and we may suspend accounts that misrepresent verification information.
