Shipping Policy

Processing and transit

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are typically packed the same day. Wholesale orders are packed after payment clears and verification is complete.

Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created.

Rates

Flat-rate shipping is $12. Retail orders over $99 ship free. Freight quotes are provided for bulk and wholesale shipments.

Packaging

All shipments are odor-controlled and discreet, with lab documentation for every batch included or available online.

Restrictions

We ship only where hemp-derived products are permitted. Orders to restricted states or localities will be cancelled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to know the rules that apply at their delivery address.

Delivery issues

Contact support within 7 days of the tracking's last movement and we will open a carrier claim and make it right.
