Eligibility and age verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or purchase age-restricted products. Confirming your age does not by itself make a sale lawful — product availability, shipping, discounts and wholesale eligibility are configured to comply with applicable federal, state and local requirements, and we may decline or cancel any order accordingly.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential and your contact information current. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale in violation of these terms, or misrepresentation during wholesale verification.
Pricing and orders
Prices are recalculated on our servers at checkout. Retail customers receive retail pricing; wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts. We may correct pricing errors and decline orders.
Promotions and discounts
Promotional discounts, including the 5% advertising-feedback discount, are subject to product restrictions, promotional terms and company policy, and are not applied where discounts are prohibited by applicable law or policy. Eligibility rules and percentages may be adjusted by us at any time.
